Istanbul to Tbilisi (and onwards to Hong Kong)

My friend Julia and I have cycled from London to Istanbul, we are now awaiting our Uzbekistan visa and resting. We plan to leave Istanbul on Wednesday or Thursday next week to cycle along the coast of the Black Sea to Tbilisi.

We are looking for others to join us for all or part of the ride. We cycle around 60-80km per day and break in the middle of the day when the sun is hottest. We average around 15-23km/h dependent on roads, hills and temperatures.

We hope to hear from fellow travellers!

Istanbul: looking for bicycle

Istanbul: looking for bicycle buddy towards Asia.

Hello, my name is Patrick, 40, non smoking, vegetarian.
Currently i´m in Istanbul, towards Asia.

I am on a bicycle world trip from Germany (May 2015) to Asia.
I wish a lot of interesting experiences with people, cultures, religions, animals and nature.

I'm still looking for travel companions towards Asia.

Greetings, Patrick - -

Hi Beth and Julia. I'm on a similar route with a friend at the momemt. Currently in cappadocia. Are you doing the Pamir highway in Tajikistan? We're going to be in Dushanbe at the beginning of September for a week hopefully then set off into the Pamir national park M41 and up to Kyrgyzstan.

Cheers, Richard
