Traversée des Alpes françaises n/S Juillet 2015 - Cycling the french Alpes july 2015

Looking for one or two fellow riders ( M or F) to cross the Alps North to South. from Besançon to Briançon or Gap (after i will cycle to Valence/Drôme). Departure around the 15th of july. I plan maybe to cross sometimes the border ( Swiss, Italia) to cycle some intersting passes. Around 2 weeks. camping or off the road camp or Hostels in case of very bad weather conditions.

I cycle usually around 120km / day. But I can do less or more. Depend on you !

Go to my profile to have some informations about myself and my previous bike trips.

See you on the road.

Hello. I planned to do

Hello.

I planned to do something similar.
Start in Albertville, then go south till Castellane and then move up north again to Albertville.

But I have to postpone the journey to 2016. Building a house is taking me to much time. Travelling is impossible at the moment ...

I prepared the route eventhough. If you want it for inspiration or some ideas, I can email it to you.

I'll try to do in september (after the housebuilding finished) a small tour in France: 4-5 days. Condition is not oke for the alps, so I have to look for something else. Ideas I have for the moment are Marseille - Lyon or Lyon - Orléans. Depending on what's the cheapest way to go on train from Belgium to destination.

Good Luck
