Not receiving emails

Warmshowers Forums Disabled

Dear Warmshowers Community, we know this is a time of concern for everyone around the globe due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  In an effort to streamline communication and better address the current needs of our community in a timely manner, we are temporarily disabling the forums and directing everyone to the Warmshowers Facebook Group. This will allow the Warmshowers Community a centralized place for comments, questions, and concerns related to touring and hosting. As always, we ask that you follow our community guidelines when posting.

Not receiving emails

I did not receive an email for a request dated June 4. At that time I thought maybe I missed it in my SPAM folder and made sure to add the WSL address to my contacts. Today I logged in and see I have missed 4 more requests! Help.

Yes, i agree. Same thing happened to me. Luckily i never missed any request. Most of my guest straight up called my number or e-mailed my personal e-mail. I am not sure what gives.

Update on Missing emails

Apparently an email got marked as SPAM and WS stopped sending emails to me. After asking WS, they say they fixed it and I'm hoping to start getting emails again.
